A Man's Place is in the Cabin

This is one of the barns that we stopped at today.
Whew! $38 for a watering can. No can do. I did catch a few bargains that I'll share in the next day or two but not here.

It's been a great weekend but I'll have to say not a great weekend of junkin'. Mr. H just doesn't get that you have to stop at every little hole in the wall, every barn and every dump that remotely resembles a flea market. If by chance you get him to stop, he's gonna stay in the car and blow. No, not the horn but his breath.

Next time a road trip with the girls. Love this man but he's better to stay in the cabin.

  1. Same here. My husband loves it when someone else gos with me. But when he goes it's get what you want and let's get going. But he also is generous. Oh well.

  6. Awesome place but, yeah, the prices are a bit steep. It's because it's up there instead of our neck of the woods. Glad you're having a good time. Can't wait for us to have a real vacation too (the one to Florida El Sucko'd ... ha ha). Take care! ~:)

  7. I hear you and understand...my hubby is good for a few stops then he is useless..... Yes, much better to leave him at home...in the cabin...in the car or anywhere where I can freely browse and stop when and where I want.. I guess that is just the way God created them to be....gotta love them anyway...lol next time.. girls only!! Blessings!

  12. My husband also like a "destination", not the spur of the moment fun places. Girls' trips are the best for shopping.
